Group Fitness & Aerobic Class Schedule
Cardio Kickboxing – Incorporates kickboxing and punching combos interspersed with cardio bursts for an excellent upper and lower body workout. A fun 45 minutes that will blast calories, build strength, increase stamina, and improve coordination. This class is for any age, fitness level, or gender and is taught with modifications.
Zumba® – This class is an aerobic dance class that delivers results. The routines feature aerobic interval training to Latin and exotic music. Zumba® targets areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, abdominals, and the most important muscle of the body – the heart. An amazing full-body workout.
Family Fitness of Allendale offers group fitness and aerobic classes for our members to enjoy. Our fitness classes and exercise classes are all taught by certified group fitness instructors.
